Philia Love
Philia is the Greek word for friendship. Friendship is not the same as an acquaintance. When in a relationship with a true friend you feel affection.
In "Philia," book 1 in The Sisters of Gamma Omicron Delta Series, Brad and Emily share Philia love. It develops beyond Philia throughout the story, but the foundation of their relationship was built upon Philia love, or friendship.
